  • Welcome to the proposed 600 Main development in the Marcy Holmes neighborhood of Minneapolis.

    The project includes a new five story building with 104 affordable senior apartments designed to provide high quality housing for older adults. The development also proposes a new public trail connection that will help link existing trails in Father Hennepin Bluffs Park with the regional trail system.

    To keep this project timeline moving forward, we first need to pursue a comprehensive plan amendment
